Triangle West Developments Inc.
Triangle West is a joint venture partnership between one of the principals of the Milestone Group and Gary Silverberg, a successful real estate developer and exhibited fine artist.
The Milestone Group is a major property manager, owner and developer of office, commercial and retail properties throughout Southern Ontario. Gary Silverberg’s family has been involved in the real estate industry for over 85 years, Gary for 33 years. Both his father and uncle were named to the Home Builders’ Hall of Fame in 1992. Through his various companies, Gary has partnered with leading home builders and commercial developers on everything from loft conversions, to master-planned communities in the GTA. In the 1990’s, at a friend’s insistence, he started exhibiting his artwork and is now recognized as one of Canada’s most innovative artists. Gary is represented by Gallery One, one of the country’s premier art galleries.
Oleson Worland Architects
Oleson Worland Architects is a well established, award-winning film founded in 1984, by partners, David Oleson and Wilfred Worland.
The practice is known and respected for its pragmatic applications of design quality, coupled with sound management. Applications of their creative approach have earned the firm numerous design awards and accolades from design publications and professional journals.
David Oleson, the lead design architect for ART condominiums, has served Chair of the Toronto Society of Architects and Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto’s facility of Architecture, Landscape and Design. David has also lectured and been a guest critic at the University of Waterloo, Ryerson University, the University of Manitoba and the University of Arkansas, and has served on numerous prestigious architectural juries, committees and boards. Other developments the firm has worked on include Camden Lofts, Don Valley Brickworks and Yorkville Park in Toronto.
Hariri Pontarini Architects
Hariri Pontarini is recognized as one of Canada’s most innovative and influential architectural firms. Since 1994 the firm has completed numerous award-winning projects throughout Canada and internationally. Some of the firm’s most recognized projects in Toronto include: The St. Thomas, 100 Yorkville and Vu condominiums, the Adidas flagship store and the award-winning McKinsey and Company building. For ART Condominiums, Hariri Pontarini is working with David Oleson to create a unique, location-sensitive development that will set new standards in residential development.
3RD Uncle Design
3rd Uncle Design is the firm charged with creating the interiors for ART condominiums. The studio has created award-winning designs and has been acknowledged by international media for their innovative spacial environments. Over the past 15 years, 3rd Uncle has completed exceptional design solutions for a wide range of clients and landmark projects like The Drake Hotel, MTV Headquarters, The St. Lawrence Center for the Performing Arts and W Hotels.
3rd Uncle’s work marries intimate experiences with larger urban contexts.
